Returns/Exchanges
If the product wasn’t a Sikk fit for you, and you feel the need to return it, then please fill out this form. This form must be filed within 30 days of the product arriving to ensure your refund.
We offer a full refund plus free shipping for products that have not been used, are not damaged, and have not been washed in a dishwasher. Products being returned must be returned in their original packaging, and packed in the same manner it was sent to you to ensure safe shipping. If this is no longer an option and you need to package the product in your own box/packaging, a full refund will only be issued if it arrives undamaged. If the product is damaged in return shipping in your home-made packaging, then only a 50% credit will be issued.

*In order for the product to be the same, it has to be a King-Werk Stein and needs to be the exact same model as determined by sikkmugs.com.
Damaged Product?
If you received your product and it was damaged in shipping, please fill out this form within 30 days of the package arriving, and send pictures of the damage to customerservice@sikkmugs.com – please include your order number in the email.
Our shipments are insured by the manufacturer, so if your product arrives damaged you’re entitled to a full refund, or you can have the product replaced free of charge.
Shipping
Free shipping on all orders $150 or more. Orders under $150 have a flat shipping rate of $6.99.
Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Germany. This allows us to offer a wider variety of steins for you to choose from without consistently being “out of stock.” Upon placing your order, the amazing stein crafters at King-Werk prepare and assemble your stein, and then ship it from their plant in Hohr-Grenzhausen in the Westerwald region of Germany. Total process from placing your order until you receive the product is approximately 10-14 days.
At this point, a tracking number is not provided upon placing your order. Packages are shipped via FedEx, and having a FedEx account could allow you to see tracking on your package.
In order to receive shipment, FedEx does require someone to be present to receive your shipment.
Expedited delivery of 2-3 days is possible (but not guaranteed) upon request. Due to the process of getting the product ready, not all items are available for expedited shipping. Please contact info@sikkmugs.com to inquire if your product is available to be expedited. We will respond within 48 hours. Cost of expedited shipping is covered by the customer.

Cleaning/Can I put my stein in the dishwasher?
HAND WASH ONLY. We do not recommend putting your authentic German steins in the dishwasher. Hand washing is the method recommended by the manufacturer as it reduces the chances of removing any of the paint or gold decorations (gold finishes/decorations do contain real gold). Any stein washed in the dishwasher is not eligible to be returned or refunded.
Items containing Pewter (which is just about every stein), are not dishwasher safe. Pewter should be washed immediately after use with warm (not hot) soapy water. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth immediately after washing. Due to the low melting point of pewter, keep away from hot surfaces. (Source: https://www.artina.at/wissenswertes/pflege.html)
- Avoid storing steins in extremely hot or cold environments, or in direct sunlight as it may cause stress lines to form in the steins, or cause fading of colors. Storing in damp locations could also lead to some discoloration in pewter.
- Over time, pewter can develop a patina on the outside edge, which is desired by many collectors. If not desired, a soft cloth and a polish compatible with pewter can be used to clean.
- To avoid damaging the stein or the lid, be diligent to avoid allowing the lid to slam closed.
- Lids are not removable.
Are the lids removable?
No.
Do you offer custom engraving or printing?
Unfortunately at this time we do not. However, some steins may offer the space/ability for you to take to a screen printer to have something added. Any products that are modified no longer qualify to be returned.
